Job Summary: Support operations in completing on-site tasks by coordinating resources and personnel, and serving as the primary client contact for managing fieldwork. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of on-site supervisors and resources 2. Key contact point between management and field crews 3. Participation in client meetings and feedback **Job Description** ---------------------- Support operations in completing on-site tasks * Coordinate and ensure availability of supervisors. * Directly support contract administration by providing workforce input; serve as the direct link between administration and field crews. * Efficiently coordinate on-site resources, including equipment and labor. * Participate in client meetings. * Conduct screening with Human Resources for recruitment and onboarding of personnel. * Provide feedback to the Planning Unit to support delivery of projected activity schedules for each work front. * Review field crew requirements and relay them to contract administration. * Serve as the client’s contact point for coordination of fieldwork and related topics. * Hold regular meetings with the client to communicate requirements and considerations for all work activities. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Licensed Civil Engineer or Construction Engineer * Minimum 15 years of overall experience * Proven experience in the mining sector This position is open to persons with disabilities. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
