Operational Monitoring: Supervise production, packaging, and dispatch workflows, ensuring uninterrupted line operations and optimal performance of technological equipment. Shift and Personnel Management: Lead staff shift handovers, establish period priorities, and manage attendance requirements or overtime needs. Logistical and Maintenance Support: Coordinate with the technical department to execute urgent repairs and assist management in internal equipment distribution.
