Our goal is to generate a positive societal impact and contribute to the well-being of our employees, the quality of life of our clients, and the communities where we operate. * **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Plan work schedules according to required production volumes and dispatch quantities. * Verify daily production for proper packaging and retthermalization of preparations. * Supervise and control the packaging and retthermalization process, addressing any needs or issues that arise, and maintaining records of dispatches. * Comply with hygiene and safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for assigned tasks, both for oneself and for staff. * Maintain one’s own work area clean and orderly, supervising corresponding cleaning and disinfection tasks for materials and utensils. * Prepare and maintain daily records to ensure food safety. * **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed secondary education / Technical qualification in Food Science preferred. * Minimum 2 years of experience in collective catering. * **BENEFITS** * Meals. * Commuting transportation. * Supplementary insurance (Sura). * Compensation fund. ✨Join our team and become part of one of Chile’s top food service companies worldwide.
