We seek a proactive, organized individual with strong operational orientation who wishes to assume a key role in ensuring service continuity and fleet availability for our rental fleet. **What will be your main challenge?** Coordinate daily fleet operations, ensuring vehicle availability for customers, contracts, and business requirements, managing movements, transfers, maintenance, replacements, and operational contingencies inherent to the service. This position combines on-site management, coordination with various departments, and administrative follow-up of fleet-related processes, maintaining constant communication with customers, workshops, suppliers, and internal teams. **Main Responsibilities:** Coordinate operational availability of the fleet assigned to the branch. Manage vehicle movements, transfers, and replacements according to business needs. Track deliveries, pickups, maintenance, workshop entries, and unit availability. Keep fleet operational information updated in internal systems/ERP. Coordinate solutions for operational contingencies, safeguarding service continuity. Provide timely information on fleet availability to internal departments and contract administrators. Support administrative tasks related to contracts, closings, billing, and operational information control. Conduct operational travel between the branch, customers, workshops, and airport as required by operations. Promote compliance with company internal policies, procedures, and standards. **Requirements:** Residence in Copiapó or genuine availability to work on-site in the area. Valid Class B driver's license — mandatory. Experience in fleet administration, car rental, operational leasing, vehicle logistics, transportation, automotive operations, or related services. Previous experience in coordination, functional supervision, or operations roles is desirable. Experience in fleet-related sectors, vehicle rental, transportation, or automotive services is desirable. Proficiency in ERP or operational management systems. Intermediate-level Excel skills. Technical or professional education in Administration, Logistics, Automotive Mechanics, Administrative Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, or related fields. **Position Conditions:** On-site work mode in Copiapó. This role may require availability to address specific operational requirements or contingencies as needed. Operational travel between the branch and airport is required, at least weekly or as business needs dictate.
