Job Summary:
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer Semi-Senior/Senior to help digitize operations globally, working on a product with visible impact and contributing to its technical evolution.
Key Highlights:
1. Visible impact on a real product used in over 40 countries.
2. Participation in architecture and end-to-end development decisions.
3. A culture of quality, mentorship, and continuous professional development.
### **Full Stack Developer Semi-Senior/Senior – DataScope.io (SaaS B2B)**
Location: Santiago, Chile
Position Type: Full-time, hybrid.
Do you write clean code, feel uneasy about technical debt, and find it hard to stay silent when you see something that could be done better? Welcome aboard.
At DataScope, we’re digitizing enterprise operations in over 40 countries and need someone who takes ownership of what they build. You’ll work on a real product with visible impact, within a technical team where your judgment is heard from day one.
If you have 3–7 years of experience and are looking for a place to grow by doing, this role is for you.
### **What You’ll Do**
* Architecture decisions: You’ll design and build the technical evolution of our product alongside the team.
* Full-stack development: You’ll work on both backend (Ruby on Rails) and frontend (React/JavaScript), building new features loved by our users.
* Performance and optimization: You’ll tune APIs, databases, internal processes, and the development environment to improve speed and stability.
* Quality culture: You’ll write tests, review code, automate tasks, and contribute to continuous improvement of DevEx.
* Mentorship and collaboration: You’ll share knowledge, support the technical team, and actively participate in key decisions.
* End-to-end perspective: From infrastructure (Docker, CI/CD, AWS) to user experience.
### **What We Value**
* Solid experience with Ruby on Rails, JavaScript/React, and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
* Experience working in startups or growing SaaS products.
* Proficiency with tools such as Docker, Git, Sentry, and familiarity with CI/CD.
* Strong testing practices (e.g., RSpec or similar).
* Knowledge of AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda) and UNIX servers.
* An ownership mindset, proactivity, and focus on delivering value.
* Experience leading or closely collaborating within technical teams.
* Clear communication and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
### **What We Offer You**
* A MacBook for your daily work.
* Genuine hybrid work at WeWork Apoquindo: you come because you want to—not out of obligation.
* A growth budget: courses, books, and mentorships—because your development matters to us as much as the product’s.
* "Work-on-you hour": One protected hour per week to learn, explore, or simply reflect.
* ✈️ Domestic and international travel to connect with the team in person.
* Wellhub: access to gyms, yoga, meditation, and more—because performing well also depends on feeling well.
* A birthday day off.
* Supplementary health insurance and extended paternity leave (Chile).
* Real impact: Your code runs in production for enterprises across more than 40 countries. This isn’t an internal project or a demo—it’s the product.
**Important!**
