POSITION PROFILE** **2.1 Position:** Regional Manager \- Department of Administration and Finance Bio \- Bío \- Los Ríos **2.1.1.- Position Objective** Lead personnel, administrative and financial management of the region, ensuring efficient use of resources and providing support to technical operations according to current regulatory frameworks. **III. REQUIREMENTS AND PERMANENCE** **3.1. General Requirements:** The applicants must meet the requirements established in articles 46 and 47 of Supreme Decree 69/04 of the Ministry of Finance, for the provision of Department Head positions and equivalents, namely: * Be a permanent staff member or contractual employee of any Ministry or Service governed by the Administrative Statute. In the case of contractual employees, they must have served continuously in such capacity for at least the previous three years prior to the competition, a requirement that also applies to substitute employees, according to Comptroller General's Office Opinion 56.311 of 2014; * Be rated in Distinction List No.1; * Not be subject to disqualifications contained in letters b), c) and d) of the second paragraph of article 27 of the Competition Regulations, i.e.: + Not having been rated during two consecutive periods. + Having been subject to disciplinary censure more than once within the twelve months preceding the vacancy occurrence, and + Having been sanctioned with a disciplinary fine within the twelve months preceding the vacancy occurrence.
