At Emergent Cold LatAm, we are looking for a Purchasing Manager who will be responsible for managing and optimizing the purchasing process through demand analysis, identification and development of suppliers, and negotiation of terms favorable to the organization's objectives. This person will coordinate work teams and ensure compliance with current internal policies, collaborating with requesting departments to plan and execute acquisitions that guarantee timely and efficient fulfillment of each unit's needs. **Responsibilities** * Receive and analyze purchase demands together with the team. * Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers. * Manage quotation processes (RFI, RFP) and negotiations. * Finalize purchase orders ensuring optimal buying conditions (cost, quality, and delivery time). * Ensure operational continuity through efficient supply management. **Requirements** * Professional degree in Business Administration Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Audit Accounting, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles. * Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP), particularly purchasing and finance modules. * Advanced knowledge of analytical tools such as Intermediate to Advanced Excel, Power BI, or other reporting systems. * Experience using electronic procurement and bidding platforms. **Where will you work?** * On-site at our facilities in Maipú and offices in Las Condes.
