Join us as our next **Project Manager \- Procurement** at **Head Office** and together let’s make Chile the country that best cares for workers and their families. **What are the objectives of the role?** Lead strategic projects in the organization's procurement area, focusing on optimizing and improving supply process efficiency. Ensure key results are achieved to guarantee operational continuity and contribute to improving the organization’s procurement and sustainability indicators. To achieve this, it is necessary to continuously and critically evaluate current procurement processes, lead improvement initiatives, design, implement, and manage continuous improvement of procurement projects, conduct thorough monitoring of departmental indicators, and develop action plans when necessary. **What will be your main challenges?** * Design, implement, and lead continuous improvement efforts and identify innovation opportunities in procurement processes and/or systems to optimize execution times and improve the efficiency of currently used tools. * Manage and monitor procurement indicators to establish proposals that ensure visibility and achievement of department goals, aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. * Receive and manage issues in the procurement chain and provide relevant solutions in coordination with involved departments, generating greater efficiency and agility in resolving problems, contributing to operational continuity. * Develop procurement strategies based on data analysis to optimize supply chain operations, with a focus on sustainability and alignment with departmental and organizational goals. **What requirements must you meet?** * Education: Industrial or Business Engineering degree * At least two years of professional experience * **Required**: Proficiency in SAP platform, advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint, and data-driven decision-making and analysis * **Desirable**: Knowledge of data administration using programming languages, SAP MM module proficiency, and Power BI proficiency **What benefits will you receive?** * Holiday bonuses, birth bonus, school bonus, vacation bonus, among others * Cost-of-living adjustment (IPC) * Opportunity to enhance your education through the Employee Scholarship and Continuous Training Program * And multiple benefits focused on your physical, emotional, financial, and social well-being. **How will you work?** * 39 working hours per week * Hybrid work mode **We invite you to join this challenge!** *At Achs, we are committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
