If you consider yourself proactive, analytical, and responsible, with a collaborative mindset, positive attitude, and orientation toward continuous improvement, this opportunity is for you! **WHAT WILL YOU DO DURING THIS INTERNSHIP?** * Documenting and improving procedures within the department based on their criticality level. * Generating and automating control reports for monitoring results. * Supporting the Business Manager in qualitative and quantitative analysis of the department. * Administrative support tasks, such as issuing Purchase Orders and expense reimbursements to streamline processes. * Operational support tasks associated with the Contract Administrator. **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 08:30–18:00; Friday, 08:30–17:30. **Modality:** In-person A **Practice Allowance + Work Tools** are provided. We are seeking the best candidates to incorporate into our team after the internship period. **Desired Profile** ------------------ **Desired Profile** * Must have school insurance. * Minimum 360 internship hours; extension desirable. * Preferred fields of study: Technical or Engineering in Administration, Management Control, Industrial Civil Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or related disciplines. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency desirable, along with motivation for data analysis and process automation. * No prior experience required. * Minimum education level: Higher Technical Professional. * Currently enrolled
