About the Role
At **EH Digital Technology and Business Services**, we are looking to hire an **Accounting Leader** to coordinate and supervise the organization’s core accounting processes, ensuring timely recording, accurate reconciliations, and compliance with monthly closings.
The selected candidate will be responsible for general ledger control, journal entry review, bank reconciliations, balance sheet analysis, and preparation of financial information to support decision-making.
This role will work closely with Finance, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Administration, and Management, serving as the technical reference for the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily activities of the accounting team.
* Supervise recording and journalizing.
* Review accounting journal entries.
* Coordinate monthly accounting closings.
* Prepare closing calendars and controls.
* Review bank reconciliations.
* Supervise balance sheet account reconciliations.
* Analyze accounting accounts and significant transactions.
* Review accruals and reclassifications.
* Control accounts receivable and accounts payable from an accounting perspective.
* Coordinate fixed asset accounting.
* Supervise depreciation and amortization.
* Review accounting supporting documentation.
* Maintain up-to-date ledgers and records.
* Prepare balance sheets and financial reports.
* Analyze monthly variances.
* Prepare information for department heads and management.
* Coordinate requirements with Treasury.
* Collaborate with Finance on budgeting and forecasting processes.
* Support expense and revenue analysis.
* Supervise tax documentation related to accounting records.
* Support internal and external audit processes.
* Prepare background materials for auditors.
* Follow up on audit observations and action plans.
* Keep accounting policies and procedures updated.
* Strengthen internal controls.
* Identify accounting errors and discrepancies.
* Coordinate corrections and adjustments.
* Supervise adherence to critical deadlines.
* Train and guide accounting analysts.
* Review the quality and consistency of recorded information.

What We Are Looking For
**Experience:** 5–8 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related fields, including experience coordinating processes or teams.
**Education:** Professional degree in Public Accountancy, Auditing, or Business Administration with an accounting specialization, or a related field.
**Accounting:** Solid experience in monthly closings, reconciliations, account analysis, and balance sheet preparation.
**Leadership:** Experience coordinating accounting analysts or assistants.
**ERP:** Proficiency in accounting systems or ERP platforms.
**Excel:** Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
**Control:** Ability to detect discrepancies, strengthen controls, and ensure information quality.
**Organization:** Ability to meet multiple critical deadlines during closing cycles.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Softland, Defontana, or other ERP systems.
* Proficiency in Power BI.
* Knowledge of IFRS.
* Experience in external audits.
* Knowledge of internal control frameworks.
* Experience in financial information consolidation.
* Knowledge of fixed assets.
* Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
* Electronic invoicing expertise.

Salary: $2,000,000 – $4,100,000 per month
