At LL Consulting, we are looking for a Treasury Manager (Pre and Post Natal) for our important client located in Gran Concepción. Your objective will be to ensure comprehensive management and administration of treasury processes, including payments to suppliers, internal clients, and holding projects, while ensuring compliance with established accounting and financial standards. Your main responsibilities include: * Execute daily payments to suppliers and internal clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established deadlines. * Consolidate and prepare budgets for holding expenses and specific projects, guaranteeing proper allocation and execution. * Collect, review, and reconcile invoices, ensuring they are accurately recorded and ready for accounting. * Supervise and record purchase orders of the holding, ensuring alignment with payments made. * Manage and audit expense reports from projects and internal clients, verifying proper justification and documentation in each case. * Maintain an updated database of income and expenditures, ensuring the accuracy of financial information. * Monitor costs associated with holding projects, identify deviations, and generate reports to support decision-making. * Perform purchases related to internal needs of the holding, such as welfare, food, and company supplies. * Organize activities related to birthdays and general employee welfare, ensuring their proper implementation and resource allocation. * Provide consolidated and accurate financial information to enable correct accounting of payments and expenses of the holding. * Create checks and update the check control database. * Lead, control, and supervise assigned personnel. Ideal Profile: * Academic Background: Commercial Engineering, Business Administration Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years \- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills * Class B driver's license (desirable) * Availability: On-site, Full-time * Residence Area: Gran Concepción If you meet the requirements, apply now!
