Our **Finance Management** team is seeking its next **Finance Control Analyst**, who will be responsible for ensuring the correct calculation of commissions for teams with variable components, while also supporting the company's financial control and analysis processes. This position will play a crucial role in the integrity of reported data, working closely with different business units to consolidate information, generate recommendations, and promote continuous improvement in financial processes. **What you will do** * Ensure timely and accurate commission calculations and delivery to the Compensation department, supporting processes during audits. * Analyze and monitor financial indicators and accounts across various business units. * Identify deviations and propose adjustment recommendations for controlled indicators. * Optimize processes and promote continuous improvement in financial analyses. * Ensure compliance with regulations, advising teams on the proper execution of operations. **About you** To succeed in this role, you will have: * University degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Interpersonal skills for teamwork. * Ability to responsibly handle confidential information. **Vacancy information:** * **Work location:** Quilicura. * **Modality:** On-site. **What we offer** At Inchcape, we are building the future of mobility, and we invite you to do it with us.
