You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with collection policies, securing cash inflows, and maintaining optimal levels of accounts receivable. Among your main responsibilities will be the evaluation and management of credit risk in order to optimize the customer credit portfolio, controlling liquidity, reducing, and maintaining control over delinquency. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Develop and enforce collection policies and procedures. 2\. Monitor and ensure customer portfolio and delinquency control. 3\. Conduct credit analysis by assessing customers' solvency and credit risk. 4\. Manage credit insurance policies. 5\. Prepare reports and analyses related to the area. 6\. Supervise budget compliance (coordinating with lawyers, judicial collections, etc). 7\. Train and supervise subordinate staff. **Candidate:** Graduated professionals in accounting, finance, or related fields in administration. Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.
