We are seeking, for one of our clients with nationwide presence, a Branch Manager to ensure the optimal operation of a Medical Center in Iquique, efficiently managing operations, administering resources, and guaranteeing an excellent service experience for patients. Main responsibilities: * Manage overall operations of the Medical Center. * Monitor supplies and inventory. * Coordinate requests and billing with suppliers. * Supervise payments for basic utilities. * Manage the accounting administration of the Medical Center. * Report payments according to the Finance department schedule. * Perform bank deposits and coordinate with Accounting and Finance. * Ensure excellent customer service experience and client retention. * Keep the branch schedule up to date. * Lead, coordinate, and supervise the work team. * Manage staff replacements and respond to contingencies. Requirements: * Healthcare professional with at least 3 years of experience in the field. * At least 2 years of experience leading teams and performing operational duties. * Preferably experience in hospitals and as an area leader. * Training in Nursing, Medical Technology, or Midwifery. * Must reside in Iquique (mandatory). Working hours: Monday to Friday: 07:33 to 16:30 hrs. Saturday: 07:30 to 13:00 hrs.
