At Cervecería Kross, we are currently looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our team. We seek an organized, proactive individual with attention to detail who wishes to grow within a dynamic environment and contribute to the company’s various administrative and accounting processes. Requirements * Technical or university degree related to accounting, finance, or administration. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar positions. * Ability to organize and manage information. * Team-oriented mindset and commitment to meeting deadlines. What will be your responsibilities? * Manage and supervise the company’s bank accounts, including daily bank reconciliations. * Monitor and control cash flows to ensure company liquidity. * Process payments and bank transfers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of transactions. * Prepare and maintain accurate records of financial transactions and treasury activities. * Assist in preparing treasury reports and provide financial data for decision-making. * Manage relationships with banks and CYT; prepare deposits and checks (including check withdrawals from banks and signature management with CYT). * Enter and review the company’s purchase invoices. * Enter accounting vouchers. * Analyze the company’s purchases. * Support administrative procurement activities. * Provide administrative support to management. * Comply with the company’s internal regulations, code of ethics, and current protocols. * Participate in requested trainings and meetings. **We Offer** * Opportunity to join a leading company in the craft beer industry. * Opportunities for learning and professional development. * Corporate benefits.
