This offer is exclusive to getonbrd.com. ### **What will you do?** **Your mission:** Ensure accurate recording, control, and analysis of the company’s accounting and financial operations, uphold compliance with local and international regulations, and guarantee reliable and timely information. **Your main responsibilities?** **Accounting Recording and Closings** * Record and classify accounting transactions related to revenues, expenses, assets, and liabilities. * Prepare and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings. * Ensure transactions are properly supported and documented. **Reconciliations and Account Control** * Perform bank reconciliations and reconciliations of critical accounting accounts. * Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable in coordination with billing and treasury. * Review integrity of data originating from SaaS billing systems. **Regulatory and Tax Compliance** * Support preparation and filing of tax returns. Ensure compliance with local accounting standards (IFRS/NIIF where applicable). * Maintain up-to-date documentation required for internal and external audits. **Accounting\-Financial Reporting and Analysis** * Prepare accounting reports and preliminary financial statements. * Analyze variances and propose adjustments as appropriate. * Support generation of information for management control and financial planning. **Process Improvement and Automation** * Propose improvements to accounting and internal control processes. * Collaborate on implementation of accounting and ERP technology tools. * Support integration of systems (billing, treasury, BI). ### **What do we expect from you?** **Education:** Auditor Accountant, Accounting and Auditing Engineer, or related degree. **Experience:** 3–5 years in accounting roles, preferably within service or SaaS companies. **Availability for maternity leave coverage starting October 1, 2026.** **Technical knowledge:** * Proficiency in local accounting principles (IFRS/NIIF preferred). * Experience with ERP systems and electronic billing platforms. * Knowledge of taxation and fiscal regulations. * Experience with monthly closings and basic tax compliance. ### **Hiring Process Stages:** * Online interview with Team People (cultural fit). * Online interview with your direct manager and Finance Management. * Final in-person interview with the Country Manager. ### **✨Our benefits, designed for you✨:** * Amipass: your foodie partner: With your Amipass card, choose freely — delivery for your favorite series, an outing with friends, or your monthly supermarket shopping.
