This position will focus on providing technical and operational support to customers, contributing to the optimization of production processes through on-site data collection, analysis of results, and coordination of actions aimed at customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities Include:** * Collecting technical information related to production processes. * Supporting the monitoring and evaluation of product performance used by customers. * Gathering operational background information to identify opportunities for improvement in industrial processes. * Preparing technical reports and keeping field-visit information up to date. * Maintaining ongoing communication with internal departments to channel relevant information regarding operations and customer needs. * Contributing to the resolution of technical inquiries and follow-up on improvement actions. * Promoting compliance with safety, quality, and operational best practice standards. **Ideal Profile:** * Academic background in: Forestry Industry, Wood Sciences, or Chemistry. * Minimum 2 years of experience in technical or industrial roles. * Valid Class B driver's license. * Availability for on-site work. * Proficiency in computer tools for information recording and analysis.
