Our commitment is to make a real difference in business processes and customer outcomes. **What Do We Need?** --------------------- * Proven experience as an **SAP Project Manager**. * **Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations**. * Experience leading projects from inception to completion. * Knowledge and experience applying the **SAP Activate methodology**. * Experience managing scope, timelines, costs, risks, and deliverables. * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and SAP consultants. * Ability to manage clients and diverse stakeholders. * Experience conducting project progress tracking and executive reporting. * Desired experience in digital transformation projects and/or ERP implementations. * Organized, analytical, results-oriented profile with leadership capability. * Interest in staying up-to-date and developing expertise in the latest SAP technologies. **What Will Be Some of Your Responsibilities?** --------------------------------------------------- * Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation projects from initial phases through go\-live and closure. * Plan and control scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies. * Apply **SAP Activate** as the methodological framework for project management. * Coordinate functional, technical, and other teams involved in the implementation. * Manage client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear and timely communication. * Track milestones, deliverables, and project progress. * Identify risks and deviations, generating action plans to achieve defined objectives. * Lead status meetings and report project status across organizational levels. * Ensure proper coordination of testing phases, go\-live preparation, production launch, and project closure. **Where Will You Work?** ---------------------- In a **hybrid** mode, attending our offices located in **Las Condes** in person, combining remote and on-site work according to project and team needs. **What Do We Offer?** ------------------- * Indefinite-term contract. * Participation in high-impact, regionally scoped SAP S/4HANA projects. * Professional development in the latest SAP technologies. * Continuous training and growth opportunities. * Collaboration with multidisciplinary and specialized teams. * Excellent work environment and collaborative culture.
