DHL Supply Chain is seeking an **Innovation Manager (Accelerated Digitalization \& Data Analytics)** for the **IT** function, based in **Santiago, Chile**.
This role will lead the country’s "Accelerated Digitalization \& Data Analytics" agenda, working closely with business and functional leaders to identify, prioritize, and leverage high-value innovation opportunities addressing specific business needs. The position drives adoption and deployment of capabilities in Automation, Robotics, Digital Solutions, Data Analytics, and AI; orchestrates the end-to-end innovation lifecycle—from use case identification to value realization; influences the regional product development agenda based on country priorities; and ensures effective governance, budget management, stakeholder engagement, and measurable business impact.
Manage the team and innovation project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and resource optimization. All costs must be recovered via re\-bill to the business.
**Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute the country’s Accelerated Digitalization \& Data Analytics strategy, governance model, innovation pipeline, and transformation roadmap—ensuring alignment with business priorities, regional objectives, and DHL Supply Chain standards.
* Lead the Digital by Default agenda and local committee, driving prioritization, investment decisions, and value realization—and actively representing the country in regional executive SteerCos.
* Collaborate with operational, functional, and executive leaders to identify opportunities, structure business cases, quantify benefits, and maintain a portfolio of high-value innovation initiatives aligned with business needs.
* Serve as the country’s innovation advisor and transformation leader, promoting adoption of available Automation, Robotics, Digital Solutions, Data Analytics, and AI products (global and regional) to solve business challenges and generate competitive advantage.
* Orchestrate end-to-end execution of innovation initiatives across ideation, PoC, productization, deployment, scaling, and value realization—ensuring cross\-functional alignment, clear ownership, disciplined tracking, and collaboration with country, regional, global teams, and external partners as appropriate.
* Promote a culture of innovation and transformation through effective communication, change management, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness activities supporting solution adoption and scalability.
* Orchestrate organizational capabilities in innovation, digitalization, automation, analytics, and AI—leveraging regional/global communities, trainings, frameworks, and communication materials.
* Facilitate alignment among AD\&DA / IT teams across country, regional, and global levels—promoting best practices, collaboration, and execution under a One Team approach.
* Ensure effective communication of portfolio progress, risks, priorities, business benefits, and transformation outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
**Requirements**
--------------
* Professional degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Industrial Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum 5–7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation within Projects or Continuous Improvement functions.
* Experience in Service Logistics (e.g., 3PL) industry is highly desirable.
* Proven track record driving digital transformation and innovation initiatives.
* Experience in multinational or matrix organizations is desirable.
* Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement, with a history of influencing across multiple organizational levels.
* Experience implementing RPA projects.
* Advanced English proficiency (interview will be conducted in English).
* Advanced Power BI proficiency.
* Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Agile), Lean Six Sigma, or Data Analytics are desirable.
