Responsibilities * Develop and manage partnerships with brands, shopping malls, and strategic venues * Monitor and strengthen existing relationships * Identify new collaboration opportunities * Coordinate activations with field teams * Represent the organization professionally * Ensure a positive experience for each partner Required Profile * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Organization, proactivity, and results orientation * Ability to work remotely with autonomy * Professional, adaptable, and solution-oriented attitude Working Conditions * Work Modality: Remote * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–5:00 hrs, with 1-hour lunch break * Salary: CLP 824,000 + CLP 206,000 bonus We Offer * Remote work with international impact * Growth opportunities within the organization * Collaborative and high-performance culture * Participation in projects in Chile and LATAM Salary: $824.000 per month Workplace: On-site employment
