Position Summary: Softys is seeking a Shift Operations Manager to supervise production processes and ensure compliance with programs and regulations at the Talagante plant. Key Responsibilities: 1. We are currently seeking our next Shift Operations Manager for our Talagante plant. **Job Mission** * Supervise the proper execution of production processes at the Talagante plant during shift operations, contributing to the fulfillment of production programs and labor, environmental, safety, and hygiene regulations on-site. **Specific Responsibilities** * Supervise production and material planning (MP) efficiencies, enter data into the database, and communicate updates across the plant. * Verify various operational parameters of the plant: industrial and potable water, electrical power, and steam; boilers; industrial gas (committed monthly m³); energy consumption between May and September (peak season); effluent discharge between May and August (pre-emergency period); effluent treatment plant control (10\.000 m³ per day). * Monitor conversion production (roll and folding). * Authorize and monitor PTS (Permits to Work). Generate a daily shift report for plant management. * Monitor plant areas outside administrative working hours and on non-working days. Activate inspection, accident, and fire protocols as required during the shift. * And others. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technical Professional qualification relevant to the position. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in production processes. * Intermediate/advanced computer skills (Office suite). * Experience using enterprise systems (SAP). * Availability to work in Talagante on rotating shifts.
