Job Responsibilities: Detailed analysis of risks associated with assembly work, including installation of barriers, panels, cabins, working at heights, lifting operations, erection and dismantling of scaffolding, high-tonnage cargo lifting equipment, etc. Control and update of startup folders, Safe Work Procedures, Risk Matrices, and document management. Train personnel on associated risks, control strategies, preventive measures, and environmental protection. Effective monitoring and control of safety measures during work execution. Advise the work team on AST implementation, GEMA methodology, checklists, work permits, etc. Liaise with mutual insurance experts. Prepare Safe Work Procedures (PTS), instructions, Risk Matrices, and manage documentation. Supply and train personnel on proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Coordinate with the client’s prevention team, management lines, and ITO. Implement MINSAL protocols according to the annual plan. Achieve KPIs outlined in the client’s customized plan. Monitor and manage environmental impact. Class B Driver’s License.
