Job Responsibilities: Detailed analysis of risks associated with assembly work requiring installation of barriers, panels, cabins, working at heights, lifting operations, scaffolding assembly and disassembly, high-tonnage load lifting equipment, etc. Monitoring and updating startup folders, Safe Work Procedures, Risk Matrices, and document management. Training personnel on associated risks, control strategies, preventive and environmental measures. Effective monitoring and control of safety measures during work execution. Advising the work team on AST, GEMA methodology, Check Lists, Work Permits, etc. Coordination with mutual insurance experts. Preparation of SWPs, Instructions, Risk Matrices, and document management. Supply and training on the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment. Coordination with the client’s prevention team, command lines, ITO. Implementation of MINSAL protocols according to the annual plan. Compliance with KPIs from the client's customized plan. Control and management of environmental impact. Class B Driver's License.
