




Position Summary: Professional responsible for the administrative development and comprehensive contract control for mining projects, accountable for timely and proper delivery of results and required quality. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in mining projects and management of multidisciplinary teams. 2. Responsible for deliverables, compliance, and resolution of interferences. 3. Comprehensive management of environmental aspects and regulations in mining. For a mining project, a professional is required to handle the administrative development of the service, representing the consulting firm in its relationship with the client for all contractual purposes, and being responsible for the overall management and control of the contract, as well as for achieving results in accordance with execution plans (execution plan, quality plan, etc.) and programs (Gantt chart, sequence diagrams, etc.), on time, correctly, and without accidents, while attaining the required quality. **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with the contract execution schedule. * Responsible for generating deliverables in their various versions and for resolving announced or unforeseen interferences arising during service execution. * Directly supervise professionals and technicians assigned to the service, assign responsibilities and resources to carry out the work. * Responsible for submitting payment statements and for resolving announced or unforeseen interferences arising during service execution. * Environmental Impact Assessment System. * Current environmental regulations. * Environmental and sectoral permits (identification, preparation, and processing). * Management of RCA commitments (identification, tracking of compliance, and development of action plans), management of environmental gaps and deviations. * Assessment of modifications to projects holding an RCA. * Waste management (liquid and solid). Sectoral regulations applicable to mining projects (SERNAGEOMIN, DGA, MINVU, SEREMI Health, among others). * **Requirements** * University degree in environmental sciences or engineering. * 15 years of general experience in mining. * 10 years of experience in project management roles for mining projects submitted to SEIA. * Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams. * Effective communication skills. * Project management capability.
