Currently, we require a **SYSTEMS AND ITS MANAGER** to work at a Concession Highway located in the VIII Bio Bio Region, Concepción, Chile. Position Mission: Manage the project for the design, planning, implementation, commissioning and subsequent maintenance of ITS/electromechanical open-sky/tunnel systems, toll collection systems (managed lane and free flow), weighing systems, and all related subsystems of the project. Lead and coordinate the human team within the concession's technology area (ITS, toll, weighing, others). Report on the status/progress of the project to management (reporting). Prepare and analyze technical documentation (detailed engineering, tender documents, concession contract, applicable regulations, others). Coordinate and interact with other areas involved in the project, both internal (Concessions headquarters, EPC) and external (Administration, suppliers, others). Establish the concession’s technology department. First technological position (with a local team sized according to project needs) to be hired upon taking possession of the asset. **Key Functions and Responsibilities:** * Participate in the preparation and monitoring of tender documents for detailed engineering development, construction execution support, and definition of open-sky/tunnel ITS and electromechanical systems, toll and weighing systems. * Participate in the preparation and follow-up of detailed engineering for electromechanical and ITS open-sky/tunnel, toll and weighing systems. * Ensure the baseline of technological projects (scope, time, cost). Properly manage the technological project according to the highest quality standards and best practices. * Manage technological risks. Identify and mitigate risks. Manage changes to the project baseline. Propose and implement technological solutions. * Coordinate and act as liaison with internal/external entities related to the technological project. * Supervise the installation and commissioning of electromechanical, ITS open-sky/tunnel, toll and weighing systems of the Concession. * Ensure compliance with defined and applicable technical specifications/regulations for the project. * Technical warranty of the project. Ensure fulfillment of the supplier’s contractual warranty. Define maintenance scopes and ensure their proper execution. Guarantee preventive/corrective maintenance management through technological tools (CMMS). * Budget control of technological projects. Define and optimize CAPEX/OPEX costs and support the finance area on technological issues related to costs. * Ensure operational continuity of systems. Guarantee the proper functioning of the concession’s systems. Support the operations area in all technological aspects related to asset operation. * Develop proposals and participate in new R&D initiatives. * Participate in training processes and ensure team training.
