This full-time position aims to lead the management, analysis, and generation of institutional intelligence based on university and higher education sector data, ensuring reliable and timely information for decision-making and institutional planning; additionally, it involves overseeing the development of internal and external studies, indicators, and reports that provide evidence and forward-looking analysis to support the University’s development. Key responsibilities: Institutional Data Management and Intelligence: lead the consolidation, validation, and quality assurance of institutional data, ensuring its availability for analysis and decision-making. Strategic and Forward-Looking Analysis: develop analytical models and projections to anticipate scenarios and generate evidence in areas such as admissions, enrollment, academic offerings, and institutional development. Institutional Indicators and Reporting: oversee the development of indicators and reports aligned with the information needs of university leadership and internal units. Environmental Studies and Analysis: lead research on the higher education system and internal university processes. Official Information and External Reporting: ensure timely and reliable delivery of institutional information to regulatory bodies and other external entities. Surveys and Institutional Data Collection: lead the design, implementation, and analysis of surveys targeting students, alumni, faculty, and staff. Rankings and Institutional Positioning: coordinate the provision and analysis of data required for rankings and other institutional positioning initiatives.
