Job Summary: We are seeking a key Warehouse Supervisor to ensure operational continuity, coordinate teams, and guarantee proper equipment administration in a dynamic environment. Key Highlights: 1. Today, we are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor — a critical role to ensure operational continuity during a pre- and postnatal replacement period. You will work in a dynamic environment with high standards of control and service, serving as the liaison between operations, internal teams, and customers. · Responsibilities and Duties In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the warehouse and equipment administration, including: Handling and managing client stock at IBM facilities. Conducting inventories, picking, and asset control in the relevant systems. Executing reconciliation of managed equipment. Coordinating the operational team to ensure efficiency, order, and safety. Ensuring compliance with internal policies and established procedures. Performing physical inventory counts, barcode scanning of products, and physical equipment control. Generating dispatch guides. Equipment delivery and receipt. Packaging and dispatching equipment to Santiago and other regions, including coordination with DHL. Receiving and validating equipment from mining sites for subsequent transfer to various work locations. Escalating off-line situations when necessary. Maintaining clear and timely communication with clients. Submitting expense reports and outstanding fund reconciliations according to departmental guidelines. Attending mandatory briefings, inductions, and trainings required for job performance. Performing any other duties associated with the position as requested by management. · Position Requirements We seek a candidate with experience and the right attitude to lead operations: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory, or asset control. Experience coordinating operational teams (desirable). Knowledge of inventory management, picking, dispatch, and receipt of goods. Ability to organize, prioritize, and resolve contingencies. Strong communication skills and service orientation. Availability to work rotating shifts. · Position Conditions Work Location: Providencia, near Salvador Metro Station. Estimated Start Date: June 1, 2026. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract, covering the duration of the pre- and postnatal replacement. Compensation: Approx. CLP $700,000 net per month. Working Hours: 42 hours per week under a rotating shift system (5x2).
