Our focus is on quality, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction, delivering agile, results-oriented solutions. **Job Mission:** Coordinate training programs, ensuring timely implementation aligned with established standards and the employee experience. **Job Functions:** * Plan, coordinate, and execute assigned training programs, ensuring correct implementation according to defined guidelines and business pace. * Design and manage implementation schedules, confirming venues, capacities, timetables, logistics, and required resources for each training session. * Supervise on-site preparation of training activities, providing support to facilitators and teams, and ensuring compliance with experience standards across all methodologies. * Monitor participant progress, attendance, and adherence, consolidating operational reports, indicators, and program closures. * Serve as the main point of contact with stores/locations, internal departments, suppliers, and other key stakeholders, identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing optimizations to implementation processes. **Requirements:** Minimum 2 years of experience in training coordination, training management, or similar roles. Technical professional degree in Administration, Human Resources, Pedagogy, Executive Engineering, or related fields.
