Our focus is on quality, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction, delivering agile, results-oriented solutions. **Job Mission:** Coordinate training programs, ensuring timely and standards-aligned implementation, as well as a positive participant experience. **Job Functions:** * Plan, coordinate, and execute assigned training programs, ensuring proper implementation according to defined guidelines and business pace. * Design and manage implementation schedules, confirming venues, capacities, timetables, logistics, and resources required for each training session. * Supervise on-site preparation of training activities, providing support to facilitators and teams, and ensuring adherence to experience standards across all methodologies. * Monitor participant progress, attendance, and engagement, consolidating operational reports, performance indicators, and program closure documentation. * Serve as the main point of contact for stores/locations, internal departments, suppliers, and other key stakeholders, identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing process optimizations in implementation. **Requirements:** Minimum 2 years of experience in training coordination, training management, or similar roles. Technical or professional degree in Administration, Human Resources, Education, Executive Engineering, or related fields.
