Position Objective Perform operations on production server consoles, ensuring the correct execution of systems, processes, and technological services, thereby guaranteeing operational continuity, information security, and compliance with established procedures. Main Responsibilities Monitor production server and system consoles. Execute operational processes according to instructions and internal procedures. Review alerts, messages, and events on technology platforms. Report incidents, deviations, or anomalous situations to the on-duty Systems Administrator. Ensure operational continuity for the next shift by reporting relevant ongoing situations. Perform data backups and complete operational logs. Support similar tasks assigned by direct management. Strictly comply with Information Security policies and applicable regulations. Requirements Technical degree in Computing, Informatics, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. Experience in operating computer systems. Desirable: experience in financial-sector companies or critical-service environments. Proficiency in Windows environment. Knowledge of databases and networks. Proficiency in Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
