Your primary responsibilities will include: supervising and controlling resource allocation for contracted companies and internal staff, maintaining an up-to-date Contractor Map—both under normal conditions and during contingencies—in accordance with established policies, standards, and procedures related to service quality, risk prevention, and environmental protection within the assigned zone, to ensure the execution of Construction, Maintenance, and Operations activities at Supply Points while fulfilling contractual commitments with suppliers. Establishing general conditions for contractor resource allocation; consolidating all zonal requirement information according to the company’s required risk prevention and environmental standards. Ensuring compliance with work programs for departments such as Maintenance, Construction, Technical Service, Loss Management, Meter Reading, and Distribution, among others. Preparing and allocating necessary human, material, and logistical resources—either by deploying local zone resources or mobilizing support teams from other cities—according to timelines and procedures defined by the Company for contingency scenarios involving activation of alert levels in the zones.
