We seek a Surface Radio Shift Supervisor for Calama who is eager to learn and transform their career. · In this role, you will: · - Manage personnel and supervise work teams. - Perform scheduling and maintenance of radio equipment. - Work with VHF terminals. - Execute internal and external network installations. - Demonstrate advanced knowledge of fiber optic splicing regulations and equipment. - Perform fiber optic splicing and testing. · Requirements: · - Bachelor’s or Technical degree from higher education, with at least two years of studies in disciplines related to electrical, electronic, electrician, networking, or telecommunications fields. - Minimum five years of experience in roles associated with radio communication systems. - Experience working in mining. - Valid Class B driver’s license (up-to-date). · What can you expect from us?
