Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Accounting and Compensation Analyst to support daily, weekly, and monthly accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in DEFONTANA, Talana, and advanced Excel systems. We seek a Senior Accounting and Compensation Analyst with solid experience in accounting and administrative processes, capable of handling large volumes of information and working accurately in a dynamic environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the organization's daily, weekly, and monthly accounting operations, ensuring that each entry complies with current regulations. Main Responsibilities Accounting Activities (DEFONTANA System) Daily recording of receipts and payments. Weekly recording of supplier payments. Monthly recording of: Compensation ledger. Purchases and sales ledgers. Compensation payments. Previred payments. Tax payments. Account analysis. Participation in preparation of: Balance Sheet Income Statement Administrative Activities Daily reimbursement payments. Weekly supplier payments. Monthly F29 payment. Monthly Previred payment. Compensation Activities Calculation of compensation and severance payments. Support in internal audit processes and labor compliance. Job Requirements Professional Education Technical or university degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles: Accounting entries. Account analysis. Technical Knowledge Proficiency in DEFONTANA system (Accounting module). Knowledge of Talana. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables. Up-to-date knowledge of current legal regulations: SII (Internal Revenue Service) Labor Directorate General Treasury of the Republic (TGR) Personal Competencies High level of organization and accuracy.
