Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Accounting and Payroll Analyst with experience in accounting and administrative processes to support daily financial management and ensure regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Daily, weekly, and monthly accounting management in the DEFONTANA system. 2. Salary calculation, severance payments, and support during audits. 3. Analysis of accounting accounts and compliance with legal regulations. We seek a Senior Accounting and Payroll Analyst with solid experience in accounting and administrative processes, capable of handling large volumes of information and working with precision in a dynamic environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the organization’s daily, weekly, and monthly accounting management, ensuring that each entry complies with current regulations. Main Responsibilities Accounting Activities (DEFONTANA System) Daily recording of receipts and payments. Weekly recording of supplier payments. Monthly recording of: Payroll ledger. Purchases and sales ledgers. Salary payments. Previred payments. Tax payments. Analysis of accounting accounts. Participation in preparation of: Balance Sheet Income Statement Administrative Activities Daily reimbursement of expense reports. Weekly supplier payments. Monthly F29 payment. Monthly Previred payment. Payroll Activities Calculation of salaries and severance payments. Support in internal audit processes and labor compliance. Job Requirements Professional Education Technical or university degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles: Accounting entries. Analysis of accounting accounts. Technical Knowledge Proficiency in the DEFONTANA system (Accounting module). Knowledge of Talana. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables. Up-to-date knowledge of current legal regulations: SII (Internal Revenue Service) Labor Directorate General Treasury of the Republic (TGR) Personal Competencies High level of organization and accuracy.
