Position Objective: We are looking for a Semi-Senior Full Stack Developer to join a technology team, contributing to the development, maintenance, and evolution of enterprise applications. The role requires practical experience in both frontend and backend, with medium-level autonomy and a focus on development quality. Main Responsibilities: • Develop Full Stack features for new or existing applications. • Fix incidents and perform evolutionary maintenance. • Implement integrations and service consumption according to technical guidelines. • Build frontend and backend components with a focus on maintainability. • Participate in the technical analysis of requirements. • Support technical testing, validations, and controlled deployments. • Document changes and ensure development traceability. Requirements: Java | Spring Boot | Angular | JavaScript | SQL Server | Linux • Graduate in Computer Science or related field. • 2–3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer. • Backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot. • Frontend development experience with Angular and JavaScript. • Proficiency in SQL Server databases. • Knowledge of Linux environments. • Desirable: Experience in service integration and maintenance of existing systems. Conditions: • Work Mode: Hybrid work, with 1–2 days per week in the office. • Location: Las Condes, near Metro Line 1. • Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 09:00–19:00 hrs; Friday until 14:30 hrs. • Contract: Initially fixed-term for 1 month, renewable for another month, then indefinite based on performance.
