Role Purpose: Lead the implementation and maturity of agile methodologies, facilitate collaborative team work, drive continuous delivery, and promote a culture of constant improvement and self-organization. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and ensure their proper execution. - Support and guide teams in adopting agile practices. - Remove impediments and manage risks affecting value delivery. - Promote self-organization, collaborative work, and continuous improvement. - Use metrics and indicators to monitor team performance. - Act as an agile coach, supporting effective communication and conflict resolution. Required Profile: - More than 5 years of experience leading agile teams in software development environments. - Scrum Master certification (PSM II, CSM or equivalent). - Experience in hybrid Scrum/Kanban environments. - Proficiency in board management, metrics, and tracking tools. - Strong coaching, communication, and facilitation skills. Desirable: - Functional knowledge of technical development processes. - Experience working in teams with continuous integration (CI) and automated deployment (CD).
