Leads safety protocols and analyzes accident statistics. **Job Description** ---------------------- Manage activities aimed at protecting collaborators and customers in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Management System. * Disseminate and promote operational standards defined by the Risk Prevention Submanagement within its Occupational Safety and Health Management System across its dependent work centers. * Understand and monitor the correct implementation of the Company's operational procedures designed to reduce accidents and lost workdays. * Conduct incident investigations using appropriate causal analysis methodology. * Report findings or deviations identified at its dependent work centers. * Understand and enforce current laws and regulations governing safety, risk, and environmental health care across the Company's various operational processes. * In the event of a customer accident, provide first aid and conduct the incident investigation. * Understand and verify compliance with current laws and regulations regarding safety and health. * Lead the implementation of MINSAL protocols at its dependent work centers. * Analyze and maintain an updated record of accident and occupational disease statistics for the organization's workers. * Supervise Contracted Companies based on Law 20.123 and Supreme Decree 76. * Schedule and conduct evacuation drills. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * 1 year of experience * Engineer and/or Technician * Retail experience preferred This opportunity is suitable for persons with disabilities. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
