To join our team at a major multinational insurance company, we are looking for a systems professional with: Minimum 5 years of experience in Program Management or similar roles Experience leading large-scale programs Proven track record of successfully delivering strategic initiatives Experience in technology firms, consulting firms, or highly complex sectors Proficiency in agile methodologies Knowledge of program management frameworks Experience with management tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project Advanced intermediate English, both oral and written Skills: Executive communication and C-level presentations Negotiation and conflict resolution Strategic thinking and systemic vision Responsibilities: Define and execute program roadmaps aligned with the company’s strategic objectives Coordinate to ensure consistency and synergy Manage budgets, resources, and timelines at the program level Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and cross-project blockers Establish success metrics and report progress to executive stakeholders Lead cross-functional teams Facilitate effective communication across departments and organizational levels Manage internal and external stakeholders, including strategic partners Conduct program ceremonies: kick-offs, reviews, retrospectives Collaborate with executive leadership on defining strategic priorities Translate business vision into executable and measurable plans Perform feasibility analysis and impact assessment of new initiatives Design governance processes and decision-making frameworks for the program Identify opportunities for operational optimization and efficiency · If you possess the required experience and knowledge, we invite you to send us your updated CV.
