### **Job Responsibilities**
A service company specializing in the operation and maintenance of wastewater treatment plants, operating across various client facilities in the salmon farming industry and experiencing continuous growth, seeks to incorporate an **Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist**, who will be responsible for executing and supporting the implementation of activities defined by the Occupational Safety and Preventive Management Department.
Their objective will be to contribute to the company's compliance with occupational safety and health standards by conducting preventive activities on-site, promoting safe behaviors, and supporting the implementation of programs, procedures, and plans established by the organization.
Main responsibilities:
* Conduct periodic visits to various facilities and work sites where the company provides services.
* Carry out safety inspections and preventive observations on-site.
* Verify proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Support the implementation and monitoring of risk prevention programs.
* Conduct safety inductions, training sessions, and safety talks for personnel.
* Participate in incident and accident investigations as required.
* Support hazard identification and risk assessment.
* Maintain records, controls, and documentation related to preventive activities.
* Collaborate in implementing safety campaigns and fostering a preventive culture.
* Support compliance with current legal regulations regarding occupational safety and health.
* Execute activities defined by the Occupational Safety and Preventive Management Department, contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives.
Requirements:
* Degree as Engineer or Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention.
* Experience in industrial, service, or production companies.
* Knowledge of occupational safety and health regulations.
* Valid Class B driver's license.
* Willingness to travel to various client facilities.
* Proficiency in standard computer applications.
