The candidate will be responsible for administering and executing the full payroll process, including data entry, salary calculation and payment, severance settlements, bonuses, and statutory deductions. They must maintain up-to-date employment documentation such as employment contracts, addenda, leaves of absence, vacation records, among others. They will also manage staffing levels according to projects, prepare reports and performance indicators, and ensure compliance with labor and social security obligations before technical and regulatory authorities. ### **Job Requirements** Higher education degree in Accounting, or Technical/Engineering degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related field.
