Participation in implementation, optimization, and maintenance of solutions For an important Governmental Institution, we are looking for an IT Oracle Specialist Engineer responsible for the administration, optimization, and support of critical database platforms for business operations. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, performance, and operational continuity of database engines, as well as participating in processes related to the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of technological solutions. Job Requirements: Professional degree in IT Engineering or related field – Graduated. Strong experience with Oracle Database, as Administrator or in a similar role. Experience or proficiency in the following functions: Main Functions: Design and administer relational and non-relational database models. Install, configure, and update database engines and administrative tools (Oracle, SQL Server or others). Test and certify new configurations or installations prior to deployment into production environments. Administer users, roles, and permissions, ensuring compliance with security policies. Manage database storage spaces and disk quotas. Monitor database engine operations and execute performance optimization actions (tuning). Perform maintenance tasks such as index rebuilding, table restructuring, and data normalization. Execute and manage periodic database backups and recovery processes. Identify and resolve security, availability, and performance issues. Prepare technical documentation related to implemented projects and solutions. Coordinate activities with infrastructure, systems, and development teams. Conditions: Contract, always through ABENIS. Required duration: Indefinite.
