Key role in operational efficiency and incident resolution Operations Coordinator **Council of Mayors of Providencia, Las Condes, and La Reina** is seeking an **Operations Coordinator** for **Padre Hurtado Park**, under the Operations Submanagement. About the Position We seek a professional who will coordinate and supervise the park’s daily operations, ensuring efficient and safe functionality in compliance with established technical standards, execution timelines, and safety conditions. This person will serve as the operational liaison between field teams, the Department Head, and Management. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise the work of operational staff under their charge, ensuring compliance with duties and service standards. * Channel structural, technical, and operational needs to the Infrastructure and Public Spaces Department Head or Management, as appropriate. * Lead coordination meetings with supervisors and area managers, promoting operational efficiency and effective incident resolution. * Serve as the focal point for escalation in critical situations or relevant operational decisions. * Conduct on-site verification of task completion, technical standards, safety protocols, and established timelines. * Collaborate in preparing operational management reports for the park. * Propose and implement continuous improvements to the site’s operational processes. * Ensure compliance with internal regulations, safety standards, and good labor practices by personnel under their supervision. Requirements * Higher-level technical degree or university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations/Logistics Management, or Public Administration. * 2\-3 years of experience leading operational teams in the field (parks, tourist sites, retail, security, events, hospitality, or sports centers). * Experience coordinating shifts, customer-facing staff, and/or security personnel. * Leadership ability, problem-solving skills, and capacity for on-site work. * Availability to work according to the park’s operational needs (this position is governed by Article 22, paragraph 2 of the Labor Code, as it involves supervisory functions not subject to immediate oversight). * Mandatory: knowledge of occupational risk prevention, experience managing performance indicators and reporting (Excel or other tools), Class B driver’s license.
