We are seeking a Field Technician in Microinformatics to provide on-site and remote technical support to multiple clients, ensuring operational continuity and compliance with defined SLAs. The role includes diagnosis and resolution of failures in POS equipment – Transbank. Field Microinformatics Technician with experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment. Modality: On-site – Chillán Schedule: Rotating shifts of 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday Compensation: Invoice-based, per resolved ticket, on-demand Responsibilities: -Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users. -Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents on PCs, notebooks, printers, and peripherals. -Medium-level knowledge in microinformatics is desirable. -Knowledge of POS equipment configuration, replacement, and support. -Resident of Chillán or nearby areas. -Valid driver’s license. -5x2 rotating shift work (Monday to Sunday). -Minimum education: Completed Technical Education or currently undergoing internships. Requirements: -Middle or higher-level Technician in Informatics or related field. -Minimum 1 year of experience in microinformatics or on-site support. -Availability for rotating shifts from 9 AM to 6 PM. -Class B driver’s license.
