Pleasant work environment Technical Support Backup and Logistics Location: Providencia, Metropolitan Region Salary: CLP $640,000 (net) Work Schedule: 42 hours per week, rotating shift system (5x2) Job Objective Provide operational and technical support to customers, ensuring proper service delivery, effective request management, and compliance with the company-defined service levels. Main Responsibilities Handle, qualify, and escalate customer calls—both from clients with and without active contracts. Analyze requests and route them appropriately. End-to-end ticket management (creation, assignment, tracking, and closure). Meet defined SLAs and escalate out-of-service incidents. Install, maintain, and replace equipment according to active contracts. Serve customers in Santiago and other regions within established timeframes. Deliver supplies and provide support to services such as Caja Vecina, TBK, Getnet, BCI, Mercado Pago, among others. Equipment control and inventory (physical count, reconciliation, and barcode scanning). Generate shipping guides and manage logistics (packaging and dispatch via DHL). Receive, validate, and distribute equipment across various work locations. Support users through in-person, telephone, and digital channels. Prepare expense reports and comply with administrative procedures. Participate in trainings, onboarding sessions, and development activities. Support other operational tasks related to the position as required. Working Hours Schedule Type: Rotating shifts (5x2), Monday through Sunday Shifts on Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday: 09:00–19:00 10:00–20:00 10:30–20:30 11:00–21:00 11:30–21:30 Shifts on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 09:00–18:00 10:00–19:00 10:30–19:30 11:00–20:00 11:30–20:30 All shifts include a 1-hour non-working lunch break. Requirements: Technical degree in computing or informatics. Experience in technical support, customer service, or logistics (preferred). Proficiency in computer tools. Availability to work rotating shifts.
