Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and committed Plant Operator for an essential role in the operational process, contributing to sustainability, efficiency, and environmental care. You will be a fundamental part of the plant’s operational process, ensuring each stage runs efficiently and safely. Your main responsibilities will include: Segregating and classifying waste according to its type Operating equipment such as compactors, balers, shredders, and mills Preparing, bundling, and labeling bales according to defined standards Controlling quality, density, and appearance of processed material Supporting production lines, conveyor belts, and associated machinery Identifying and reporting deviations or failures in equipment and processes Maintaining order and cleanliness in work areas Preventing blockages or operational failures in the production line Complying with safety, environmental, and quality protocols · What do we need from you? Completed secondary education Ideally, experience in: Production or recycling plants Production lines Industrial machinery operation Availability for on-site work in Quilicura High sense of responsibility, commitment to safety, and teamwork Proactive attitude and ability to adapt to diverse tasks · Position Conditions Approximate net salary: $703,000 Work schedule: Monday to Friday: 09:00–17:00 Saturday: 09:00–15:30 45-minute lunch break Total: 42 hours per week Work modality: On-site in Quilicura Contract type: Fixed-term contract for 1 month, renewable monthly, under temporary services arrangement · Why Apply?
