Job Summary: IT professional for Monitoring and Support Platform Operations Analyst role with Vzor, responsible for administering, managing, configuring, and maintaining critical monitoring activities. Mandatory Requirement (important): Experience working with the Vzor Suite 360 platform, performing monitoring. · Main Responsibilities: As part of the monitoring service, a NOC service is required to administer, manage, configure, and maintain a set of critical activities, including: Monitoring the network, servers, and applications for platform health and performance. Analyzing bandwidth and proactively identifying bottlenecks. Continuously monitoring and analyzing security threats and attacks. This will consist of an in-house monitoring specialist team provided by the bidder, using software supplied by the client, operating 7x24 to enable timely notification, escalation, tracking, and resolution of monitoring alarms related to the aforementioned components, aiming to resolve incidents promptly and/or proactively according to the response time requirements stated above. Internal escalation as defined by the client's escalation matrix will be part of this service; such matrices will be communicated to the professional upon commencement of the service. · Work Modality: Hybrid Client Location: Downtown Santiago Schedule: Remote: Mon–Fri 7:30–15:30, 15:30–22:30 (shifts may alternate); On-site: Mon–Thu 09:00–18:00, Fri 09:00–17:00. · Interested candidates must submit CV detailing Vzor experience.
