Job Summary: We are seeking an MLOps / DevOps Specialist in AI for a strategic project focused on deploying and operating intelligent agents in a production environment. Key Highlights: 1. Design and build CI/CD pipelines for AI agents At SMS Sudamérica, we are looking to onboard an MLOps / DevOps Specialist in AI for a strategic project focused on deploying and operating intelligent agents in a production environment. Responsibilities Design and implement AI agent deployment infrastructure on corporate platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or on-premise) Implement LLM model observability in production: latency, cost per token, and output quality Configure prompt versioning and management in production environments Design and build CI/CD pipelines for the AI agent lifecycle Document the architecture to ensure operational autonomy of the internal team upon project completion · Mandatory Requirements: Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS and/or Azure) Experience deploying AI solutions / LLM models in production Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker / Kubernetes) Experience building CI/CD pipelines for models or AI agents Desirable: Experience with on-premise or private environment deployments Knowledge of AI API security (ideally in regulated environments) Experience in technical documentation oriented toward operational handover Work Mode: Hybrid (Santiago de Chile) Conditions Work Mode: Hybrid (Santiago de Chile) / Las Condes Commitment: Full-time Contract: 3 months, then indefinite based on performance Attractive benefits!
