At Kibernum Chile, we are looking for a Support and Maintenance Engineer with experience in incident resolution, user support, and maintenance development for management and backoffice systems. Your responsibilities will include: Providing first- and second-level support for management systems, backoffice, CRM, and SAP. Resolving incidents related to the stock market. Developing and maintaining applications in Java, HTML, PHP, VB, and SQL Server. Submitting requests to Level 2 Support and vendors. Providing remote assistance to internal users, ensuring excellence in service. Requirements: Experience in technical support and incident resolution within financial or stock market environments. Proficiency in Java, HTML, PHP, VB, and SQL Server. Experience in user support and incident management. Ability to document and escalate requests to higher levels. Work modality: Hybrid / On-site. Location: Santiago.
