Experience in sales or customer service in cosmetics JOB NOTICE – RETAIL SUPPORT STAFF (COSMETICS AREA / CONSULTANT COVERAGE) At Trayectoria EST, we are looking for new talent to work as Sales Support Staff (covering consultants with experience in cosmetics sales) at a major retail chain. What does this position involve? This role involves covering consultants’ days off across various sales points, supporting customer service and achievement of commercial targets. · Employment conditions: Compensation: $25,000 net per day + $4,000 bonus for target achievement (Monday to Saturday) $32,000 net per Sunday (includes bonus) Available sales locations: Falabella Parque Arauco Falabella Alto Las Condes Mall operating hours: 10:00–20:00 hrs or 10:30–20:30 hrs Work schedule: Rotating shift model from Monday to Sunday, with rotating days off Higher coverage required between Saturday and Wednesday Candidate profile: Experience in sales or customer service in cosmetics Preferred experience in retail or beauty industry Proactivity, responsibility, and results orientation. -Requirements- Minimum education: High school diploma (Humanities/Technical track) years of experience Keywords: consultant, consultor, support, soporte, zona, area, makeup, cosmetico
