Desirable: experience in IT architecture areas Objective: This person will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of technology solutions, directly contributing to process improvement and key user experience. General Responsibilities: Test Strategy and Planning Actively participate in defining the test strategy for the program, identifying required test types (functional, integration, UAT, etc.) for each development. Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and technical requirements. Test Execution and Defect Reporting Conduct thorough testing of new functionalities, integrations, and processes; identify, document, and report defects clearly, aligned with company guidelines. Collaborate with development teams to track and resolve defects, ensuring their resolution and closure. Manage test and defect management tools, as well as techniques, to ensure smooth service operation. Collaboration and Communication Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios. Participate in requirement reviews, design reviews, etc., to ensure test feasibility and quality from early development stages. Communicate test progress, risks, and results to leaders, sponsors, and stakeholders. Continuous Improvement Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies throughout the program. Stay updated on software quality technologies.
